All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, using a "tracked" service. It is a little more expensive than standard shipping, but we are not willing to take the risk of losing records and postage costs for "missing parcels". Unfortunately mail costs suck these days... Deal with it.
We have calculated the costs as close as we can based on the average weights of the products we're sending. Rates have been setup for UK, Europe, USA & Rest Of World.
We do not provide tracking numbers when the parcels have shipped, but if you want it, contact us and we'll send it to you.
